Ronald J. Pratt, Jr., CPA/ABV is a tax partner with over fifteen years experience providing tax services to a wide variety of clients including individuals, corporations, and privately-held companies. He has extensive experience in individual and corporate income tax planning, business valuations, litigation support, and financial planning. He has extensive experience with the automotive and professional service industries, and is an expert on taxation issues impacting these industries. 		Ronald J. Pratt
